After this incident, the battery appears to work as expected. The only issue I have is that when the MiFi is being used by several devices, the battery seems to charge very slowly…the battery continues to drain with the charger plugged in. I contacted customer service and I spoke with a young man who delivered excellent customer service. He was very helpful!" BatteryShip’s Response: "Paul, thanks for your feedback.
