If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase with us, simply return your order/product to us by following the steps shown on our return policy page within 30 days of your order's ship date for a full refund (less a 15% cancellation fee and less shipping fees; specifically marked products excluded).
Products (and product packaging) that have been torn, scratched, used, and in any way damaged will be deemed "consumed" by Customer and therefore we hereby negate and void all refunds on "consumed" products.
