"The battery and tool kit are a great buy and the company is very customer service oriented. I had a problem and did not think the battery would work for my Golf Buddy model. My original rating was very low. About 20 minutes after submitting my review I received a call from customer service, Paul, and he helped me resolve the problem; I had the wrong instructions. Be advised, it is tricky and you must go slow and it will take several attempts to complete the replacement."

Pry tools provided did not work; used small flat blade screw driver to pop case open. Need to play a few more rounds of golf to confirm that battery recharge is sufficient to last more that 18 holes. Battery life TBD; will hopefully last at least 4 years."

BatteryShip’s Response: "Iva, we checked all emails, texts, voicemails, calls and you never contacted us in the last 40 days since you ordered. As we warned in the bold red box top of page, if your orig battery number is PL482730 (fits Voice 2), your original battery might be a higher capacity (380mAh vs our 280mAh). Ours still fits/works but will offer 36% less runtime per charge than a Voice 2 that specifically had the PL482730 (380mAh) originally in it."
