"Product seems to work well so far. It fit right in and the connector matched. Good value. Shipping took a few weeks, so be aware of that if you are in a hurry. I recently ordered a laptop battery from Amazon and had it in a day. I also recently ordered an ipad battery from ebay had it in 3 days."

As we warn, lithium batteries via Free Shipping (post office) take an average of 10-14 days as they are considered hazardous materials and are the slowest moving package type with the post office because of that. Add to that the Christmas holiday peak shipping season, plus the fact that the post office (as we warn on the shipping speed selection page of checkout) is in the process of making huge cuts. Your shipment took 15 days. Thanks for your patience and understanding. We always recommend on screen during checkout that folks choose a UPS option for fastest delivery. As for amazon, they use their own delivery trucks often from a warehouse in your area."

"Excellent quality battery and excellent price - no issues with battery. I did have issues with the replacement method though and this is the only reason for the 4 star rating. Like several other reviewers experience, the tool kit provided did not allow me to remove the back cover as directed in the instructions provided online by Battery Ship. I have a Kindle (Paperwhite /w wifi 2013) and the back cover would simply not come apart regardless of which tool I used. I had to remove the FRONT cover..."

"The tools provided could not get the front faceplate off of the Kindle. Luckily I had a metal tool for use with wrist watches that would get the job done. Other than that, the replacement was completed without issue and the battery charged right up once installed. My Kindle is alive again!"

You may need to: 1) Force reboot your kindle by turning off and then hold the power button for 60 seconds till it fully reboots. 2) Fully charge and discharge for 3 full cycles. 3) If still trouble, fully reset your kindle to remove apps that could be draining or perhaps check your wifi signal or kindle's main board. Please let us know if we can assist."
