"Shipped and arrived earlier than anticipated, even though batteries are a low-priority shipment for USPS, and it was the holiday season, and there is a Covid-19 pandemic leaving companies short-staffed, and there is a supply-chain delay affecting virtually everything you order online. Genius that they include installation tools (none of which I had) with the battery. Very happy with this company's product and service. Will order from them again."

"This battery works like new. My previous battery could only last me about an hour at most, unplugged. This new battery works like my laptop is new up to about 6-8 hours with medium-to-heavy use (I.e. Zoom meetings, web browsing, moderate application use). The necessary tools were included to replace the battery. I would purchase from here again."

"My niece's year old laptop would die after an hour, I checked with Lenovo and they didn't have any in stock and wouldn't have any til around Christmas, 2 months away. Some google searches brought me to Batteryship and the deal looked too good to be true, so I crossed my fingers and ordered it. Came within a few days and even included some tools to help with the replacement, which was great. So far, working great, niece is happy the laptop is now holding a normal charge. "The battery itself was easy to install into my laptop, with the kit working great. The battery worked great for a couple weeks but I've had it randomly die on me at 40% only to plug it in and see that it's now at 1% charge a couple times now. The customer service, kit, & speedy delivery were great but the battery replacement isn't much better than my old-used factory battery."
