"When I opened the package, I noticed that it had three contacts; the one I was replacing had only two. I requested a return / replacement on line, and someone actually CALLED me later that evening! He explained that the battery was designed to function across several models, and that the extra contact wasn't a problem; I charged it, and put it in my drill, and it works perfectly. As I told him that evening, you have no idea how much I value such great customer service -- you're head and shoulders above most businesses we deal with these days. Thank you!!!"
