"Arrive early. Clean packaging and solid contacts. Battery was well cased. Charged well and limited use so far indicates the battery is working well. Website was easy to use. Noticed on Amazon that pricing is really weird. Frequently I get pretty junky products from Amazon. If you are interested in batteries best to avoid Amazon. Consider "batteryship" for better results. No sense having to return batteries to Amazon. Encourage batteryship to continue to focus on reliable product"

"I am not sure if this particular battery pack is becoming obsolete or not for my dinosaur Craftsman tool. Craftsman definitely did not have it nor could I find too many sources for this battery pack. In my web search, I found that Batteryship.com had the exact battery pack and the turn-around after submitting the order was great. The price was not too shabby either. "Product fit very well where the old batteries were, no mods to the compartment. Needed to do some soldering & replacing of wires (factory wires were of exact length), no instructions but not the hardest to figure out. Have not tried yet other than a squeeze of the trigger, to see how long the charge lasts."
