"One of our iPhone 4S batteries gave up so we ordered two for both units. The batteries came in the mail within 3 days. Changing the battery was straight forward with the instructions and tools provided. Note each battery came with their own tools and the additional tool kit sent by battery ship contained tools for more than just an iPhone which will be a plus for other tablet issues when they arise."

But seriously I have purchased a replacement battery from 2 other sites and on both occasions I received what I swear to have been actual iPhone batteries taken from other iPhones. Not only the fact that a bunch of stuff had been blacked out on them, but the battery life was just as bad as the battery I had just replaced.
