BatteryShip’s Response: "Ken, thanks for your feedback. Sorry to hear you're having trouble. We've sold this battery type many thousands of times with less than 1% defects ever confirmed. To begin with, we need to confirm that you ordered the correct battery. Not just physical size and shape, but internal programming also matterrs. You selected Garmin Drive 51. There is also DriveSmart and DriveAssist series that have models like 51 as well. Then we need to confirm that your previous battery was charging and working with the gps and when (like recently just before you installed the new battery or years ago is the last time it ever worked?). We also need to confirm your charger is the original/correct charger and that it works and that the battery's connector is securely connected to the main board. I've contacted you separately to assist you with this."
