Regarding the tools, most customers are able to get the job done with the provided tools unless their GPS is frozen stuck together from heat and warping over the years. If we provide a sharp metal tool, the price would go up and then customers hurt themselves and their GPS and blame us. Most customers would rather the tool breaks instead of their GPS. Most customers have a metal file or knife at home to use as needed."
